Resetting Mailchimp Sync (Legacy)

Occasionally the sync process between Mailchimp and Donorfy can get stuck - if you will see an old message (e.g. from 24 hours ago) on the History tab in Data Management | MailChimp Sync - saying '<list name> The list was being sync'd - another sync cannot start' you can reset the sync as follows:

  • Go into lists, and find your list 
  • On the Mailchimp tab click on the Reset Sync button
