List using Default Contact Details
A list that includes constituents that allowed contact via their 'default' contact details
will be changed as shown below - i.e. we are checking for the new 'General' purpose
List Applying Exceptions
A list that checks for an exception - e.g. Campaigns
will be changed as shown below - i.e. we are checking for both the new 'General' purpose and the 'Campaigns' purpose
List that ignores communication preferences
will be changed as shown below - i.e. we are not checking for any purposes
