Eventbrite – creating a List of Constituents that Attended an Event

To create a list of constituents that attended an event follow these steps:

  1. Add a new activity list by pressing the Add button and choosing Activity List under the Lists heading
  2. Add an include filter to your list with Activity Type equals Eventbrite Attendee
  3. To restrict the list to a given event add another include filter with Notes starts with Name of your event e.g. Notes starts with Summer Ball

To find people who attend one of several events you can add further include filters surrounded by brackets joined using Or.

If you are using Eventbrite to track event check-ins and a corresponding mapping has been set up for a Donorfy campaign, you may also filter on the corresponding Activity field, i.e. YesNo1 Is True. Note: this will require that the attendee.checked_in webhook type was selected when linking Eventbrite to Donorfy.
